Product details The Wildcat is La Sportiva's most cushioned trail running shoe, and is stable and neutral. It is designed to perform best in moderate to technical terrain. The high-cushion midsole of this shoe delivers all-day comfort during long hikes, ultra-marathons, backcountry runs, and off-road races. It also comes with a nylon molded flex transfer shank and a layer of LaSpEVA, which provide added shock absorption for serious athletes. The vented AirMesh uppers of the Wildcat keep your feet cool on hot days, control moisture, and prevent blisters without adding unnecessary weight, making it an exceptional ultralight trail runner.

The Wildcat is equipped with a grippy FriXion AT sole with Impact Brake System and X-Axis, which provides traction and stability on slick trails or uneven terrain. The aggressive outsole bites into the trail, while the one-piece molded lacing harness maintains a snug fit. Additional features include TPU transkinetic heel stabilizers and UreTech reinforcements, which provide the extra support and stability that backcountry trail runners and ultralight backpackers need for high mileage days.
